These terms govern your use of TruBench. By joining the founding cohort or using the platform in any capacity, you agree to the conditions laid out below.
By accessing and using TruBench, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. Continued use of TruBench following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Permission is granted to use TruBench solely for your brand's internal benchmarking purposes. Under this license you may not modify, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform; use any data or outputs for commercial resale; attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract proprietary algorithms; or remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the platform.
Your privacy is important to us. All performance metrics connected via your ad accounts are anonymized at the point of ingestion and aggregated into category-level distributions. No individual brand data is ever visible to other members. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of TruBench, to understand our full data practices.
Founding members who join during the founding cohort period receive lifetime free access to TruBench, including all features available at the time of joining and all features subsequently released. This access is granted on a per-brand basis and is non-transferable. TruBench reserves the right to revoke founding access in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.
TruBench is provided on a best-efforts basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime or significant changes. We are not liable for any interruptions in service availability.
In no event shall TruBench, TheTruPoint, or their suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use TruBench. Benchmark data is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute business, financial, or investment advice.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
