We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, connect your ad accounts, or contact us for support. This includes your name, work email, brand category, and revenue tier. We also collect ad performance metrics from the platforms you connect via OAuth.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our benchmarking services — specifically to compute category-level percentile rankings, generate your weekly benchmark reports, and surface anomaly alerts when your metrics shift significantly relative to your category.
We implement SOC 2 compliant security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All connections to advertising platforms use OAuth — we never store your platform credentials.
All performance metrics are anonymized at the point of ingestion. We aggregate data by percentile and never store individual brand performance details in identifiable form. No other member can see your brand name, store name, or raw metric values — only category-level distributions are surfaced.
We integrate with advertising platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads to collect performance data. Your data handling on those platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies. We access only the minimum scopes required to retrieve performance metrics.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Anonymized benchmark aggregates are retained indefinitely to preserve historical trend accuracy. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@trubench.com. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
